I found Charlie Gruber and his real estate firm by an internet search and I definitely picked the right person. He was willing with little notice to make arrangements and travel to my property in Central City to walk through it and provide me an accurate valuation for sales purposes. Other agents I had spoken to would only do an on-line search which because of individual quirks about this property I knew I would not feel comfortable in relying on for sales purposes. The tools he provides his customers, especially the home valuation link, are very up to date and provide security for making an important financial decision.I would definitely use Charlie if buying or selling a property in the Greater Denver/Mountain area.
